➢ Weekly class schedules will be posted every Sunday. Students can book through the school online customer service platforms (WeChat, Instagram etc), business phone number, email, or our App and website.
➢ Once a class has reached capacity students will be put on the wait-list. If a spot opens up, students will be notified by the school.
➢ Students’ scheduled class(s)’s spot is guaranteed once the students receive the confirmation notice.
➢ Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in.
➢ If a class must be canceled, students will be notified 12 hours in advance via phone, email, online customer service platforms (Whatsapp, WeChat, Instagram, etc), or an app.
➢ All Students are required to attend all of their scheduled classes and performances.
➢ If a student will be away, the school should be notified 24 hours in advance.
➢ It is expected that missed work will be learned from other students before the next class.
➢ If students have encountered any injuries, please inform the school. Injured students would have the option to sit in class to observe and take notes.
➢ Make-up classes are not available.
➢ No refunds will be given for absent classes.
➢ It is the student’s and parent’s responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time.
➢ Payment for all classes is required prior to classes starting.
➢ A $50 non-refundable Annual Registration fee is applicable to all registrants.
➢ Payment methods: Cash, debit card, credit card, EMT, WeChat, Alipay, and cheque
➢ All recording, filming, competition/performance fees, or examination fees will be provided and notified to students in advance of each event, and students must confirm and pay in advance of said event.
➢ No refunds or credits will be issued 30 days after the contract date. Prorated tuition will be refunded or credited. There are no refunds for the $50 Registration Fee, missed lessons (by student), costume fees, or any other Mandatory Events Fees.
➢ Costume fees, competition/performance fees, or examination fees are not refundable.
➢ There is a deposit fee of $100 for any video/photography/music/voice recording/rental bookings. Changes and cancellations are to be made 72 hours prior to the booking time. The deposit fee is not refundable if booking cancellations are submitted less than 72 hours before the start time.
➢ “Paid-in-advance” Bookings - Guests may cancel their Bookings until 7 days before the event starts time and will receive a full refund (excluding $50 Administrative Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event’s start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding all fees) of their Booking Price.
➢ Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
The health and safety of all students are our primary concerns. To do so, we require that students adhere to the following guidelines:
➢ Students and faculty who show any signs of sickness are not allowed to attend classes.
➢ Frequent washing of hands and physical distancing must be practiced by all members of the Royal Muse community.
➢ Wearing masks is strongly advised.
➢ The duration of the contract shall be for a period of one year and renewable by mutual agreement.
➢ The contract shall take effect on the date of the last signature of the parties.
➢ As a student participant and/or parent or legal guardian of a registered minor, I willingly seek the services of Royal Muse and understand that I am increasing my risk of possible injury and illness. In consideration of the consent given, I hereby release Royal Muse and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability and responsibility for all claims, costs, injuries, illnesses, causes of action, loss, or damage of any kind (including, without limitation, in connection with personal injury, death, property damage or destruction, publicity or privacy rights, personal or property damage, whether due to negligence or otherwise or in connection with any course, performance, activity or event; including, but not limited to, my travel to and from the destination(s). I understand that as a participant I may be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded for publicity purposes and that his/her name, voice, image, and likeness may appear in any medium or media known or hereafter devised, an unlimited number of times, without any compensation for such use.
➢ Release of photo and video: Membership Program students’ image, likeness, and sound
of Membership Program students’ voices as recorded on audio or video tape may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed. No financial compensation will be for use of these photos/videos.
